About Our Guest

Lauren Wilkinson is a principal at Vanguard and chief information officer for the firm’s Financial Advisor Services (FAS) division.

She and her teams provide technology strategies to help enable Vanguard’s domestic FAS business, which serves advisors and investors. Prior to Vanguard, Lauren spent 15 years at Charles Schwab where she served as head of advisor digital channels, and before that, held positions at an education software start-up, a video game company, and an oceanography lab. Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in marine biology from Brown University, and her love for technology led her to University of California Berkeley where she earned her master’s in information management and systems.
