About Our Guest

David van Adelsburg is the founding partner at Irrational Capital. Kristof Gleich is president and chief investment officer at Harbor Capital Advisors.

David van Adelsburg focuses on the development of investment strategies and business growth. David was the founder of the impact investment firm which incubated Irrational Capital and previously co-founded a leading alternative asset sponsorship firm. Earlier in his career, David was MD and CEO of a large financial institution’s private equity and venture group and CEO of the European division of a large training and strategy firm. David began his career in technology, where he held business development roles and helped establish several new, large-scale businesses.

Kristof Gleich joined Harbor in 2018 and in 2020 was appointed CIO of Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. He has oversight responsibility for its investment, distribution and marketing and executive office functions. He provides insight while helping lead Harbor’s strategic growth plan. Prior to joining Harbor, Kristof was a managing director and global head of manager selection at JP Morgan Chase & Co. He earned a B.S. in physics from University of Bristol. Kristof is a CFA charterholder.
