About Our Guest

Ivana Delevska is the founder and CIO of Spear. She founded the advisor in 2021 after more than a decade of investing in industrial and industrial-technology companies. Spear’s flagship product, SPRX, is a unique ETF that invests in companies benefiting from breakthrough trends in industrial technology. It separates itself from competitors because it’s an actively managed fund based on a hedge fund-like strategy.

Ivana started her career at JP Morgan in its mergers and acquisitions group. Ms. Delevska spent 10 years as a senior analyst at several long-short hedge fund platforms: Citadel Asset Management, Millennium Management and Tiger Management. She graduated from the University of Chicago in 2006 with a BA in economics.
