Kevin Morris first joined Principal Financial Group® in 1992 and initially served in a variety of global positions supporting the retirement business. In 2000, he became a project manager at Principal International in Adelaide, Australia. Kevin later held roles in product development and marketing and in 2008 became the head of marketing for Principal Funds, Inc., based in El Dorado Hills, California. In 2015, Kevin returned to his hometown of Des Moines, Iowa, to take on the role of vice president and chief marketing officer for Full-Service Accumulation – Retirement and Investor Services. He stepped into his current position as vice president and chief marketing officer for Retirement and Income Solutions in January 2018. Today he and his team are focused on connecting people with the information and available products they need to help strengthen their retirement savings and unlock the things in life that are worth the most to them. Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Iowa in Iowa City. He’s been a member of the Iowa State University College of Business Marketing Executive Advisory Board since 2019 and a member of the University of Iowa Marketing Institute Advisory Board since 2022.
Seema Shah

Based in London, Seema oversees global market strategy and advises investment staff across the firm in making economically sound asset allocation calls. She is responsible for the creation of global economic macro and secular event research, closely monitoring global central bank policy and political developments. Seema is a regular participant in conferences and forums speaking about global macro market issues. She is frequently quoted by the financial news media and appears regularly on CNBC and Bloomberg TV. Seema joined the firm in 2010, previously working as a strategist within Principal Global Fixed Income. Prior to joining Principal, Seema served as an economist at Capital Economics where she focused on macroeconomic analysis of the UK and the European economies. She also worked with the macro consulting group at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and as an economist at HM Treasury & Inland Revenue Service. Seema received a master's degree and bachelor's degree with honors in economics from the London School of Economics.

Srinivas D. (Sri) Reddy is senior vice president, Retirement and Income Solutions at Principal Financial Group®. He is responsible for the Income Solutions businesses, which includes Retail Annuities, Individual Savings, Pension Risk Transfer, Retail Annuities, Principal Bank and our Principal Trust and Custody Solutions business. Prior to joining Principal, Reddy was the head of the investments and retirement income businesses for Prudential Retirement. Before that, he led all the product lines for USAA’s investment management and life insurance companies and held several roles at ING where his experience ranged from managing wholesale and direct distribution groups to product development in both the defined contribution business as well as the rollover & retirement income business. Previously, he served as a consultant with Ernst & Young. Reddy has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Baylor University and a master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He has also completed his coaching certification through the NeuroLeadership Institute. Reddy is a frequent contributor to national media outlets and an expert resource on a range of retirement and financial security topics. He has served on various industry and regulatory groups including as the chair, vice-chair and council member of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) Advisory Council at the United States Department of Labor from 2017 to 2019 and currently is on the board of directors of the Insured Retirement Institute.
