Abdullah Rajput is a Director, Insurance-Backed Line of Credit (IBLOC) Lead at The Bancorp, with over 10 years of financial industry experience. In addition to developing The Bancorp IBLOC program, Abdullah’s insurance-based lending expertise enables him to provide customized lending solutions to financial professionals and their clients.

Prior to joining The Bancorp, Abdullah was an Assistant Vice President of IBLOC Sales at Valley National Bank. While there, he developed an in-depth knowledge of IBLOCs and established long-term relationships with financial professionals.

Abdullah received both Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees in Finance from William Patterson University.

John Profitlich
Director, Northeast Regional Business Development Officer
The Bancorp

John Profitlich is Director and Northeast Regional Business Development Officer for The Bancorp Institutional Banking business. He is responsible for developing brand awareness and delivering customized banking and lending solutions to wealth managers. In this capacity, John works very closely with investment firms, financial advisors and their clients, as well as business executives.

John is a 30 year veteran in the financial services industry, most recently serving as Vice President and Institutional Relationship Manager at TD Wealth Management. In this role, he applied and supported investment management strategies for corporations, foundations, endowments, not for profits, as well as higher education. He also helped position products to corporate lending teams with a specific focus on captive insurance, 401k plans and custodial account services. Earlier in his career, John served as Vice President and Relationship Manager at Citigroup, providing SBLOCs, mortgages, home equity lending and investment management services to mass affluent and high-net worth clients.

A graduate of Niagara University with a B.S. in Business Management, John holds his Series 7, 9, 24, 63, and 65 licenses.

In addition, Ms. Siracuse is on the Board for the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation, is a member of the Council of Ambassadors for the IWI’s Thrive Center for Diversity and Inclusion and is a board member of Savvy Ladies.In Nov 2020, Ms. Siracuse was recognized by InvestmentNews with the Women to Watch “Trailblazer” award for her commitment to DEI initiatives within the financial services industry. Ms. Siracuse is an active volunteer at the Animal Rescue Fund in East Hampton, NY and an advocate for the humane treatment of animals.She holds a BS in Business from Rider University. She, and her husband, Lee reside in New York City.
