Michael Loukas is the principal and chief executive officer of TrueMark Investments, will discuss his new Structured Outcome August ETF (AUGZ), which is the second fund in its recently debuted series of structured-outcome 2.0 ETFs. Michael brings over 20 years of industry experience to TrueMark. Previously, he was president and CEO of USA Mutuals, where he was directly responsible for executing the company’s strategic vision on a day-to-day basis. Michael was also a founding principal and CEO of WaveFront Capital Management, an institutional investment advisor that specializes in emerging markets and China.
