Ryan McCormack is the Factor & Core Equity ETF Strategist representing Invesco’s flagship exchange-traded fund, the Invesco QQQ Trust. In his role, Ryan promotes the adoption of Invesco QQQ ETF by discussing implementation strategies, creating thought leadership content and engaging in media opportunities with Bloomberg, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, ETF Database, Seeking Alpha, RIA Channel and others. Ryan is frequently a speaker at top industry conferences and has a weekly segment on Nasdaq’s TradeTalks.
Prior to joining Invesco, Ryan was an ETF specialist at OppenheimerFunds. In this role, Ryan educated financial advisors on the use of ETFs within their practice, and how revenue-weighted and factor-based ETFs could enhance risk-adjusted returns within portfolios. Prior to his time at OppenheimerFunds, Ryan spent seven years at Merrill Lynch on the Portfolio Solutions Desk. In this role, Ryan served as the first point of contact for financial advisors seeking implementation guidance for ETFs along with market and economic commentary. Ryan earned a BA degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Mark Marex works as a Director in Index Research & Development, splitting his efforts between producing original content in support of existing index products, as well as developing new indexes for launch and commercialization. Before joining Nasdaq Global Indexes in 2019, Mark was an emerging fund manager of a systematic long/short US large-cap equity strategy, and co-founded Roundtree Capital Management in 2016. Prior to that, Mark spent eight years at Citigroup in New York, working as a Product Manager of FX in the Investor Services business; as a Vice President of Client Strategy & Analytics in the Investment Banking division; and when he first started in 2008, as a Product Controller in Structured Credit.
