Gasoline Prices Practically Flat This Week

Gas prices were practically flat this past week. As of June 17th, the prices of regular gas inched up by 1 cent while the price of edged down by 1 cent from the previous week. According to GasBuddy.com, California has the highest average price for regular at $4.78 and Mississippi has the cheapest at $2.88.

Currently, the national average price for a gallon of regular gasoline stands at $3.44 with premium gasoline averaging $4.33 per gallon. One year ago, regular gas was priced at $3.58 per gallon, while premium gas was at $4.41 per gallon.
